Sala Baï Hotel & Restaurant School is a program run in Siem Reap by a French NGO to fight poverty and human trafficking in Cambodia through social and professional training of young underprivileged Cambodians.
The main goal of Sala Baï Hotel & Restaurant School is to uplift 150 young underprivileged Cambodians each year.
By having a meal at Sala Bai, guests have an opportunity to contribute to support the program and allow them to practice their professional skills.
