Tu Hieu Pagoda is one of the oldest and largest pagodas in Vietnam, and it is also one of the most important Buddhist learning and practice centers in the country. Founded in 1843, it is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by pine trees and lotus ponds. The pagoda complex is made up of a number of different buildings, including the main sanctuary, the bell tower, the drum tower, and the pagoda.
