Pyathadar Hpaya (Pyathatgyi):
Located between main roads and past Sulamani, this temple offers a peaceful atmosphere and a panoramic view of Old Bagan.

A lesser-known temple south of Dhamma Yangyi, providing peaceful views from its terrace, away from the bustling crowds.
Bulethi:
This easily accessible temple south of the main Old Bagan-Nyaung U road offers quiet and unobstructed views of the surrounding farms and temples.
Gu Byauk Gyi Temple:
This durian-shaped stupaed temple, inspired by Bodh Gaya in India, features murals depicting scenes from the Jataka tales.
Upali Thein Ordination Hall:
Built in the 13th century, this hall exhibits Burmese wood architecture and is an excellent example of historical wooden construction.
Mingala Zedi Pagoda:
Situated just south of Old Bagan, this pagoda stands out due to its blue tiles depicting Jataka tales made of glazed terracotta.
Mahazedi Pagoda:
Located east of That Byin Nyu, this temple, while unremarkable, is part of the historical architectural landscape of Bagan.
Thambula Temple:
Built by King Uzana's wife Thambula, this temple displays clear Chinese influence and is well-lit for visitors to appreciate its intricate details.
Tant Kyi Taung Pagoda:
Across the river from Old Bagan, this hilltop pagoda offers panoramic views of the city and can be accessed via a boat ride and a hike, making it a worthwhile half-day trip.
